Theatre lovers dressed to the nines in pink and green descended on Crown Theatre for the highly anticipated arrival of the Broadway sensation Wicked.

Coinciding with the recent release of the film starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, Wicked mania has been in full force recently and the opening night of the stage musical was no exception.

A prequel to The Wizard Of Oz, the story follows students Galinda (soon to become Glinda the Good) and Elphaba (born emerald-green and wrongfully painted wicked) on their journey from foes to friends, as they learn all is not so wonderful in the land of Oz.

The production features Courtney Monsma as Glinda and Sheridan Adams as Elphaba who help bring one of the most-loved musicals in history to life on stage in Perth once again.
