New CEO for Shire of Exmouth

The Shire of Exmouth has appointed a new chief executive today, with a current City of Albany executive director selected to take up the role in June.

City of Albany executive director of commercial services Cameron Woods was announced the Shire’s new chief executive at a special council meeting this afternoon.

Mr Woods has 22 years of experience working in local government in community and economic development roles.

The Shire’s currently acting chief executive Keith Woodward will continue filling in the role until Mr Woods arrives mid-year.
