Two vehicles collide in Karratha LIA

Emergency services were on the scene of a two-vehicle crash on De Witt Road in the Karratha Light Industrial Area this morning.

Two cars collided at the entrance of Coolawanyah Road, in the Karratha LIA, at about 11am and an ambulance, fire truck and several police cars were attendance.

The driver of one vehicle —a woman in her thirties — was initially trapped in her car but was soon freed, and has been taken to Nickol Bay Hospital with minor injuries.

The other driver was injured.

There were no other people in either car.
