The tip shop at Karratha Seven Mile Waste Facility gives a new lease on life to treasures of almost every kind.

Whether you’re after a bike, a set of drawers, books or office equipment, it always pays to stop in when you’re on a tip run and have a look around.

Reusing household items helps conserve raw materials, reduce energy costs associated with producing replacements and extends the life of landfill.

The tip shop is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 4pm and accepts a range of reusable goods including furniture, tools, toys, books and clothing.

Suitable items can be left at the tip shop drop point seven days a week, with staff able to assess all items for re-use before pricing them for resale. All electrical goods are tested.

Please note goods are sold as is and no warranties or refunds are offered.

Seven Mile Waste Facility is on Exploration Drive, Gap Ridge, off the Dampier Highway. For more information visit karratha.wa.gov.au .
