The Karratha Kats spoiled the party for several Karratha Falcons milestone men at the weekend, recording a comfortable 39-point victory at Millars Well.

Falcons player Josh Stanley played his 150th game for the red and blues, while his brother Trent Stanley and Michael Martyn stepped out for their 100th games.

The Kats sensed prey early in the game, slotting two goals to nil in the first term and went into the main break up 4.8 (32) to 2.8 (20).

The Kats came out of the gates firing in the third quarter, nearly doubling their score thanks to Thomas Willday and Leithan Brand, who each kicked two majors.

The final quarter saw the Kats continue to apply pressure, however they lost their radar kicking nine behinds for the quarter.

The Anzac round best-on-ground award went to Frazer Palmer from the Kats.

Earlier in the evening it was a similar result in the reserves, with the Kats getting up 9.12 (66) to 5.4 (34).

The Kats reserves kicked six goals before the main break and, despite being held to a single point in the third, managed to close the game out comfortably.

Kirk Harris and Tristan Indich both booted two goals for the Kats and Adrian Third did the same for the Falcons.

The Falcons did come out of the round with one positive, raising $450 for Legacy through their sausage sizzle.
